How long does it take?
We can turnaround a funeral slideshow in 1-2 days provided you complete all our question forms and promptly submit all your photos for inclusion.
Do I need to test my slideshow?
We strongly recommend you speak with your funeral arrangement provider to arrange a test before the service.
Can I use any music or song?
Yes, you don’t need a licence to play music at a wedding, funeral or baptism/christening however we always suggest checking with the broadcaster/venue you intend to play your slideshow.
Playing your slideshow outside these times/places may breach copyright if we add a song that is copyright protected. Please let us know if you have any concerns.
How do I view my slideshow on a TV?
Every tv brand and model will have different ways to view your slideshow. Below we’ve listed a few options however if you’re unsure please get in touch and we will gladly assist.
USB – Transfer your slideshow to a USB, plug it in and select the USB drive as the source to view your slideshow.
Streaming – Many new Smart TV’s will allow you to stream video or screen mirror directly from your phone, laptop or tablet.
What video file format will I recieve? Do I need a USB?
We will email you a link to download your finished slideshow in 2 different video formats: MP4 and MKV. We supply two different video formats to ensure either video file should work on all types of projectors and systems funeral services use.
Most funeral service providers will require you to present them with a USB thumb drive of your slideshow. We recommend you use a new USB 3.0 drive to save any hassles of a USB potentially not working or having problems.
